Medical Assistance

The services of a physician, nurse, and more are available through the Medical Outreach Clinic. The Penrose-St. Francis Outreach Medical Clinic is sponsored by the Tri-Lakes Health Advocacy Partnership (HAP), and hosted by Tri-Lakes Cares.  Our Health Advocacy Partnership provides a Penrose-St. Francis sponsored nurse in our building.

Nursing services do not require an appointment between Monday and Thursday, 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

The following medical services are available (some require an appointment):

  • Childhood immunizations
  • Health counseling referral and advocacy
  • Community Blood Drives on the 3rd Tuesday and on odd numbered months
  • Medical equipment loans
  • Seasonal adult immunizations
  • Blood pressure screening
  • Free over-the-counter medications (e.g., cough, allergy, first aid, etc.)
