School Supplies

Tri-Lakes Cares provides supplies at the beginning of the school year each fall.  Parents of students bring the supply list to the TLC facility to sign up for supplies.  They are available for pick-up in August.  Advanced calculators (those used for graphing classes as an example) are also available for high school students upon request.

Holiday Gift Program

Gifts are available to provide to children for holiday giving, in December only.  Children of high school age or younger are eligible for the Holiday Gift Program.  They must live in the household.  Sign up at the Tri-Lakes Cares facility to find out pick-up dates.  Guardians submit a separate list of four-five items per child – items the child needs or wants.

Holiday Food Program

Food baskets, with holiday and other staples, are provided along with a gift certificate for non-perishables at a local grocery food store.  Food baskets are available for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.  Sign up at the Tri-Lakes Cares facility in Monument.  Pick up information will be provided.
